How to get your Certifications to be a Guard Instructor!
Arizona Firearms Instructors LLC is our main Division of the company. We focus on Developing Positive, influencers in our community. Our mission is to provide a supportive and empowering environment where you can develop the knowledge and skills you need to succeed.
Follow the Steps below to complete all the necessary requirements from AZ DPS in order to start training and instructing live guard classes at your Security Agency.
We certify instructors with the necessary certifications that work for Arizona Firearms Instructors. If you are a Security Agency that wants to contract out one of our instructors then submit a request below.

We provide training every month! We are the only organization in Arizona that provides Training, Certifications, Coaching, and support for the Guard Instructor.
Arizona Firearms Instructors have their classes listed on their calendar. If you have 4 or more that need to complete their certs then go to our contact us page and request information to host a private training program.

STEP 1 - NRA PISTOL INSTRUCTOR CERTIFICATION
STEP 2 - NRA PERSONAL PROTECTION INSIDE THE HOME INSTRUCTOR CERTIFICATION
The NRA Basics of Pistol Instructor Certification includes the Prerequisite class NRA Basics of Pistol which is held on the 2nd Tuesday of every month. Then you will need to register for the NRA Basics of Pistol B.I.T. and Instructor (2 day) class.

STEP 3 - AZ DPS - REGISTER AND PAY FOR GUARD INSTRUCTOR
Life at AZ Security Academy is about more than just academics. We offer a range of extracurricular activities to help students explore their interests and develop new skills. From sports teams to music ensembles, there's something for everyone at AZ Security Academy.
